Day 1
There is something coming.
Something big.
Do you feel it?
Or are you so busy trying to make end's meat, covering your ass, working 14 hours a day, consumed with responcibilities, debt, family, work, not to mention friends, that your head spins and you just can't take any more and all you want to is escape!
This is a prime example of how stress has totally consumed our lives. From the moment we wake, to the moment we are laying down trying to go to sleep, stress batters us from all directions. If it is not our job, or other physical stressors (family, responcibility), it is emotional, mental or even spiritual.
Traumatic events in our lives can cause huge amounts of stress that lingers for years and years effecting the very quality (and sometimes quantity) of our life. And most of the time the 'experts' say... "It just takes time."
What if there was a better way? What if there was a way to not only reduce stress, but also gain perspective, gain purpose and gain more fulfillment and happiness in our lives. Enjoying every moment.
So, i have taken this 30 day blog challenge and will hopefully open for you some ideas, some ways of coping or some real life examples of how to deal with this bombardment of energy we feel in our lives every day, AND how to have a life with more purpose, more happiness and more joy!
Impossible?
Nope - I've got 30 days. ;-)
Because something is coming, I can feel it. It is something big, a new way of life, a new way of doing things or perhaps just a new perspective on the world within man's consciousness.
And quite frankly, I'm excited.
